Returns & Exchanges

How to initiate a return

All return and exchange requests must be submitted by email to info@wilhelminastudio.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Change of mind returns

We accept change of mind returns within 15 days of delivery. The following conditions apply:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a tracked service — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will offer your choice of:

  • Exchange for another size or style (subject to availability)

  • Store credit, valid for 12 months from date of issue

  • Refund to your original payment method

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing once the return is received.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at 

info@wilhelminastudio.com within 15 days of delivery with a description and photographs of the issue.

We will cover return shipping in these cases and offer a repair, replacement, or full refund at your discretion.

Final sale items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless faulty.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to have the failure remedied.
