Wilhelmina Studio is committed to ensuring our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that good design and accessibility are not in conflict — a considered experience should work for all.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA — the internationally recognised standard for web accessibility. These guidelines cover a range of recommendations for making web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

What we are doing

  • Our website is built on Shopify, a platform with accessibility features built into its core infrastructure.

  • We aim to ensure sufficient colour contrast across all text and interface elements.

  • We use descriptive text for product images where possible.

  • Our site is designed to be navigable by keyboard.

  • We review our site periodically with accessibility in mind and address issues as they are identified.

Known limitations

We are a small team and our accessibility work is ongoing. There may be areas of the site that do not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are committed to addressing these progressively.
