  • Squat press with dumbbell x12

  • Pushups x8

  • Mountain climbers 20 seconds

WORKOUT 2

  • Lunges pulses with dumbbell fly’s, 15 seconds each side

  • Tricep kickbacks x15

  • Jump squats x8

WORKOUT 3

  • Running high knees in place 20 seconds

  • Shuffle once and touch the ground x16 left to right

  • Split leg jump squats x6 each side
